KUALA LUMPUR - Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hassan was found not guilty of the alleged transfer of RM10 million illegally. Minister Prime Minister's Department, Nancy Shukri said the Attorney General's investigation, a sum of RM10 million issued was not a result of corruption act .

 "the Attorney General has reviewed the results of the investigation on this case and it is not a bribe. "Over justified if the action taken on the money," he said. He was replying to queries Loke Siew Fook (DAP - Seremban) asked the Prime Minister to state why The Attorney General has not taken action against Mohamad Hassan prosecution in cases of illegal transfer of RM10 million to London through money, Sakamath Ali Money Changer Sdn. Bhd. although the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has submitted the investigation papers. 

Said, the same action will be taken against the company for more money for the same offense and their license was withdrawn after the application of the compound.
